Shipping Policy

All Over Pakistan

Delivery of product varies from 7 days to 14 days. All our pieces are unique in size, shape, and weight. Customized packaging has to be made for each piece. Inland deliveries in Karachi will be given within 7 days for ready products. Deliveries outside Karachi to other cities will be delivered within 14 days. (Customer will be billed the delivery amount and will have to pay the amount either to Craft Art in advance or to the cargo service at pick up).In certain areas where home delivery is not possible, the merchandise will have to be picked up from a nearby cargo station. This will be communicated to the customer at the time of dispatch.

In case of claims or breakages, for all delivery orders, it is mandatory for the customers to please make a video at the time of opening/unboxing the product to avoid any confusion regarding any damage/breakdown.

International Shipping Policy

All our pieces are unique in size, shape, and weight. Customized packaging has to be made for each piece. Deliveries are done worldwide in all countries and the maximum weight for delivery worldwide is 3000 kg.

After the order is placed, one of our customer services representatives will get in contact with you within 24-72 with the exact quote of shipping charges (this will be done after you place the order).
